R.I.P. Former President Cory Aquino

im am now just learning about Former President Corazon 'Cory' Aquino and her late great husband Ninoy Aquino both very inspirational and admirable people who were former presidents of The Philippines. looking back i must of been too young to even notice how they were fighting for democracy for their people, but then again i was only born in 1987 very young to not have witnessed one of the greatest fights for democracy especially Cory's historic speech in 1988 i was only one. it was Ninoy Aquino's dream to have freedom in our beloved paradise The Philippines. i am touched and honored to be part of the people who was represented by The Aquino's who did nothing but showed the compassion to love and free their country.
there is so much more to their story i'd love to share with you but there's also so much for me to learn about them as well. just a few hours ago i was lucky to find Cory Aquino's Historic Speech before The U.S. Congress, i watched this and felt proud and fell inlove with her passion and charm. President Cory Aquino shows independency with grace in her speech a woman who is deeply mourned by my family's country from her death from battling colon cancer. as i witness my people's sadness for our lost it only tells me how blessed we are to have had a woman so admirable to have represent all of us from The Philippines. Rest In Paradise Corazon 'Cory' Aquino, may you reunite with your husband in heaven and the both of you continue to be our guradian angels. we love you both Ninoy and Cory Aquino.
